Appcrash Help needed please.

Hi a newbie here.

Recently installed PDF converter program which worked fine on my old computer. Now cannot get anything other than below. Tried reinstalling but nothing. Any suggestions?

Uninstall it using Revo uninstaller then remove the leftover files and reinstall it
Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily

Done that but no change

Make a System Restore

Tried that too thanks, no difference. On installation of program I am getting the update service does not recognize the program Error 13000. Dont know if that helps. Would it have anything to do with the fact I am trying to install an old version instead of purchasing a new one?

As I start my notebook HP G62 130eg, I receive an error message, which says that Microsoft.exe has stopped working. Please, kindly reply what could be the solution? thank you.
