    yet another driver_irql_not_less_or_equal tcpip.sysy bsod

    Hi there,
I switched from XP professional to Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and now I am having BSOD.
First I tried not to care about it but now it happens twice a day or so. Cutting my work and I'm losing data time to time
Could not figure out the problem and heard about how you guys help. So I am here giving it a shot :) I have uploaded the files as explained.

    Hoping to hear from you.

    Thanx in advance

Hello cevizmx and welcome to Seven Forums. Moving from Windows XP to Windows 7 can be rough.

Please tell me or fill in your system specs and the computer model so that I can find the appropriate link for you to download the updates for your driver.

Your dumps are way back from November 2010 - go to C:\Windows\MiniDump and check if there are latest dumps past November.
(Note... C: indicates where Windows is installed)

Beside from that, you have some old drivers that need to be updated or uninstall. Old drivers can cause BSOD.

    adfs.SYS Fri Jun 27 03:52:37 2008
    PxHlpa64.sys Wed Jun 24 06:16:35 2009

Secondly, uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%. They use a file, "sptd.sys" which causes problems on Win 7 Systems. Once you have uninstall it, use this tool to delete sptd.sys: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Let me know if you are having problems.

Hope you had a great Christmas and a safe holiday...

    Hi Dean,
Thank you for your fast response. I have checked dump files. I have few more but they belong todays problems. I am adding them as well.
I checked for DeamonTools or other variants but I dont have them now. I used to use DeamonTools, removed it.
There seems to be some hardware that are missing drivers but I dont recall having that kind of a thing on this pc :)

Lastly I cant find the sys files you mentioned. I can remove them as well. I just want to work:) adfs.SYS this one especally.
Btw my BSOD says something about tcpip.sys.
I am adding my computer info in a second.

    Thanx again

Use the tool to delete sptd.sys. sptd.sys and Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120% are causing problems on Win 7 Systems (system conflicts).
Merely uninstall all Adobe products from your system. Then visit the Adobe website to download the latest versions of their software as needed.

Uninstall all CD/DVD programs and use this free program to stop PxHlpa64.sys from loading: Autoruns for Windows
