    Irql_gt_zero_at_system (bsod)


    I have had serveral BSOD and I really don't know what to do.

    So I hope someone on this forum can point me in the right direction. :)

    I have attached the minidumpfile, if you need anything else to help me, then please just ask.

    ps. i Have Zonealarm and Deamon tools installed - I have read somewhere that it might be a problem but what do you think?

    All these were caused by vsmon.exe, part ZoneAlarm personal firewall
    Remove Zone Alarm using the removal tool

    Code:
    PROCESS_NAME:  vsmon.exe
    
    BUGCHECK_STR:  RAISED_IRQL_FAULT
    
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  X64_RAISED_IRQL_FAULT_vsmon.exe_nt!KiSystemServiceExit+245

    I might take some time - going to start a game and see if it's fixed after the clean-up.
