    Spotify/utorrent crashes computer

    Hi.
Whenever I run Spotify or uTorrent on my Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) everything runs smoothly for roughly 10 minutes (it can vary sometimes) and then my computer suddenly crashes, forcing me to pull out the plug to restart my computer. Any idea of what could cause this?
    Thanks.

Could be many things. Network, memory, malware (especially since you are downloading torrents), OS corruption

Can we get your system specs, network setup, anti virus, etc.

I literally re-installed windows 7 about an hour ago so i assume its not malware. I'll run a memory test shortly and get back to you. How would you go around fixing OS corruption? I doubt it would be that but better to be safe than sorry. :)

P.S. also i will post my specs in the profile part (if that makes sense) :P

Makes sense and thanks for the info.

You can test the OS by running a system file check but if it is that new I doubt you need it.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
