Restart - No BSOD no error nothing?!

Hi guys, i got my self in a kind of predicament here.

My PC will restart with no BSOD or error logs anywhere - screen would go black, keyboard lights go off, and it would restart as if i had pressed the restart button.
however i did manage to get this from event viewer

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    Event ID: 41
    Source: Kernel-Power
    Task Category: (63)

it seems to happen when i open Adobe After effects and i scroll the bar to view the frames (mostly) - but it has happened without after effects but it seems i can trigger it by doing what i do in after effects

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated :)

i did a memtest passed 11 checks with 0 errors

CPU overheating is not the issue
PSU doesnt seem to have any issues
