So what should I do now? My mother board is still under warranty, I guess I should get it replaced? Can I try and use it with the memory sticks in the two good slots or could that harm things further?

    thanks

If its under warranty have it replaced, But it will not harm anything for you to use the good slots, however it could affect performace if one of the slots bad are one of the ones required for dual channel operation. But wont hurt anything.
