    Windows 7 BSOD Annoyance


    Sometimes the PC will just cut to the blue screen stating "Page Fault in Non Paged Area" , other times it will say "Bad Pool Header." During a CHKDSK for example, it will say the "Page Fault" one; I cannot complete a CHKDSK from the few times I have tried. Did the windows memory test twice, both times detected no problems. Would be thankful for any assistance in remedying this issue!

    -64 Bit Windows 7 (legit copy)
    - Self built PC, all new parts; clean installed Windows 7 after it was built
    - Built it a month ago
    - Have not reinstalled the OS

    Phenom 2 x4 955 BE (CPU)
    4GB(2x2) RAM

    Could be the hard drive is failing. Try running one of these diagnostics:

    Hard drive test

Whenever I log on to Windows Live Hotmail through Bing.com the Windows Live Messenger program always starts, and I don't want this to happen. I tried looking for a setting in the WLM and Windows Live Hotmail on the site, but couldn't find anything. Any help?
