Your old Lenovo audio drivers were blamed by one December 27 dump; try to find an update for those:

I'm not finding any updates for my audio drivers =(

Also enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

With respect to this should i also check all the unknowns as well?

I don't recommend using the Windows Driver Update feature. I suggest that you go to the Lenovo site and install the update from there.

Click on "Provider" at the top to sort the list by manufacturer. Select all drivers not provided by Microsoft Corporation. The only other drivers that do not get selected are amdxata.sys, and secdrv.sys.

Actually do not select the unknown ones.

Use System Restore and restore to the point before you turned on Driver Verifier.

If you think the RAM may be causing the computer to stop working, test your computer for RAM issues with Memtest86+,

Memtest Tutorial - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Memtest Site - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
Run at least 7 passes and it is recommended to do this test overnight.
