Computers freezes when opening a game.

I was able to open the game earlier this morning and I have not installed any new software since then. Now whenever I open the game launcher, my computer freezes. The first time it BSOD'd, and said "a driver device is trying to corrupt the system" or something.

What is causing this? My computer is not even a month old. I got the BSOD a couple of weeks ago, uninstalled and reinstalled my gfx drivers and everything has been fine up until now.

    Hello Pandasaurus, Welcome to Sevenforums!!

Please refer to the following thread as we will need more information.

Once you have uploaded the files correctly we can then start to troubleshoot your issues. Someone will review your dump files and driver information to determine whats going on.

    Hello Pandasaurus,

Sorry its taken me a moment to get back here, there are no .dmp files in the folder, so i believe we need to make sure that option is enabled.

    1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click System.
    3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
    4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
    5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

Once Complete Enable Verifier so that it will blue screen and create a dump file in.
    C:\Windows\minidump
Here: Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

Once you do that and it crashes to BSOD remember what the blue screen said post that back up and then once booted you will turn verifier off (verifier /reset)

Then go to your dump (C:\Windows\minidump) folder get the .dmp file and zip and upload.
