0x000000c4 (Tried verifier a few times, couldn't get too far on my own)
    0x0000001a

    0x0000001e

    Explanation:

I had a solid working computer that I decided to get parts for on Christmas that would be significant upgrades. Before I did anything the computer was 100% solid and stable. As I went on getting parts, I needed to upgrade other parts, eventually leading to a set of new components to a completely new computer. All of the dumps will probably tell the story, so to avoid confusion here's the order which lead to things...

    • Got new Mobo/Processor/Ram.
    • Since I got 4GB RAM, purchased Win7 64-bit to use it
    • FULL wipe on hard drive, clean install.
    • Sparatic issues upon install, updated all drivers/windows updates.
    • Less BSODs, still having some. Found out that RAM was faster than Mobo allowed, underclocked it to 1333.
    • Memtest shows that both RAM sticks are solid, and each individually in different slots. 60+ passes total in testing.
    • After this, found out that the video card was running hot (85 C - 90 C) when doing gaming applications (SC2, League of Legends, etc) purchased can of air, cleaned out. Temps are normal now, but I think damage was done. (Symptoms: After 30-45 minutes of gameplay, I now see artifacting in games, or other times it simply just shuts down. Sometimes with a dump, sometimes without)
    • After research with how Nvidia can have some issues with Win7 (not for everyone) went forward with a purchase of ATI 5770, will arrive later today. This will help isolate Nvidia drivers as well as the possibility of a damaged card.
    • Realtek didn't have any issues regarding the file dumps I could see, but to get "Stereo mix" working I had to downgrade driver to a publically rumored "stable old driver" to make sure it works well.
    • During all of this, found out after some calculation that I needed more power from my PSU, upgraded from a basic 350w psu to a 500 psu. This resolved a LOT of the error messages and instability. This was performed on January 2nd.
    • While I have been trying to track the dumps myself with bluescreenview... when looking around this forum it looks like the dumps themselves could give more information which is why I'm coming here.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have the following major points if someone could take the time to help me:

    1. Understand a new video card is coming, so anything Nvidia related will be removed from the symptoms soon and I'll be able to move forward with troubleshooting those issues further. So you don't need to spend extra time on that. I explained it above so you could understand what's happening with the previous bsods.

    2. I'm worried about drivers that may be causing problems outside of the video card. This way I can pre-emptively start working on the next steps. While some of the initial things I can see point to possible memory issues, I've done extensive memtest86 passes on them in many scenarios and would like to ensure there are not drivers that I have missed an upgrade for before I consider an RMA on what "seems" to be good RAM.

    3. I am aware that the audio driver is currently "out of date". It is a test to get stereo mix working right now. I will have no problem updating it but am curious if over the last 4 days if there is any drivers related to the realtek that could have caused a crash as you look around.

Thank you to anyone who considers looking forward into this issue. And even if you don't reply or work on this, thank you for your consideration of at least possibly going into it.

    Installed new video card.

    Old: Nvidia 9500 GT
    New: ATI HD 5770

I'm no longer am getting BSOD 0x00000116 at all. So that's a step forward. The system is crashing during video intensive games (League of Legends/StarCraft II) though. I have also since uninstalled AVG. I saw mention of Microsoft Security essentials, Is that the one to go for? or is there another advised Win7 64bit alternative that's advised?

Errors are attached, 6 minidumps so far.
