    BSOD reboot issue

    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here could help me with my problem. I came downstairs and my computer had BSOD and rebooted. I followed your instructions and the zip file is attached.

I suspect it's my ATI driver as it's the 10.12 prelim and it might not be stable.

    Information requested:

    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Installed from TechNet ISO
    Hardware age is 1 year
    OS was installed on 9/2010

Thank you for any help you can give.

Dumps blame atikmdag.sys, your ATI display drivers

    - Boot into safe mode with networking
    - Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
    - Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
    - Install the latest drivers ATI Radeon
    - Reboot into normal mode

    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88004d1d817, fffff8800723d440, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+90817 )
boincscr.exe, a software from BOINC was also involved, remove such software

    Code:
