Do the crashes occur for any program other than Call of Duty? If not, you may consider reinstalling the game, and see if that helps.

Woot after posted reply here, my pc got bluescreen again when i was click shutdown button...

Do you have another graphics card you can try? You can also try your onboard graphics. Be sure to remove your video card when you use the onboard graphics, but remember to set the onboard to the Primary before you do.

Oh the problem caused by graphic card?
But not every shutdown or exiting game got crashed....
I will try use onboard graphic card anyway....
