Win 7 Pro - 4Gb Ram Blank Screen at Boot

When I add 4GB ram to my Windows Pro 64bit, it freezes with a blank screen on Boot up.
If I go to devices and set the Graphics device to VGA it boots up with no problem. This tells me it is the Graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT) It works fine using 2GB RAM.
I have updated the NVIDIA driver from the NVIDIA site.
Does anyone know how to get around this problem?

Add your 4GB and test your RAM
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Tested all my memory using Memtest86+
So far it has done 6 passes with zero errors

Stopped the memory testing as all is good. No errors at all.

Don't know what to do now. Must be the Graphics card and Window 7
    Any more suggestions?

I have tested my memory and there is no problem with it at all.
I still have no solution to the screen going blank.
    Any help out there?
