Upgrade to Windows 7 now Crashing on Sleep

I have windows 7 home premium x64. This is an upgrade that came with my HP DV7 laptop purchased one year ago that I am just now getting around to installing.
After the upgrade on Wednesday, I have been getting intermittent (but frequent) crahses BSOD and just shutting off completely when my laptop goes to sleep (i.e. closing the lid, or sometimes just when it sleeps on inactivity.)

    Attached is my
Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder and my perfmon report html.

Any leads as to what to try would be greatly appreciated.
