noob to windows and random reboots

yeah, hello guys, I'm a Windows noob since I've been and stil am a Mac user, so I'm a bit unsure about what to do right now:
Basically I have random reboots, which shouldn't be too much random... being an ownder of a g73jh asus laptop I know it has many issue by itself (fixed gladly) but I also and after purchasing discovered that both my primary hard drive (crucial ssd c300) and secondary (seagate 7500.4 hdd) CAN suffer of random shutters wich can force the OS to abnormal freezes... anyway I had very few of those said freezes and only after my clean install, this is what I got as reported, can anyone help me figure out if it was caused by any hardware or software fault?

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1040

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 3b
    BCP1: 00000000C0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF880048A7817
    BCP3: FFFFF88008D5C900
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\010611-10233-01.dmp
    C:\Windows\Temp\WER-12043-0.sysdata.xml

The point is that I get those freezes only while playing music, transfering data from the HDD to the SSD, while for example, I can play Black Ops for like hours without any single problem...

thanks to anyone that will help!!!
