New build BSOD on startup

    So I uninstalled CCC, and I still blue screened...I ended up doing a fresh re-installation of Win 7, and no problems so far. I'm thinking right now that maybe a Windows update is conflicting with the ATI graphics drivers, so I'm not going to install any Windows updates and try to replicate the conditions of the original BSOD.

    Install your updates one or two at a time creating a restore point prior to each installation.

Hi people,, thanks for trying to help...I'm now in Safe mode because whenever I Start my Windows 7 build 7600 normally the start menu freezes and everything freezes after like 1 minute...except for the stiky notes, sidebar and yahoo widgets and if I run WMP and play something in the minute before...
After I obtained build 7100, my non-internet explorer browsers have had long startup time. When i load up safari 4.0 and chrome beta it takes about 10-20 seconds to open the homepage, after that everything is fine. This has never happened in my previous builds that I have used.
