The driver you are showing above is an up to date driver. Do you have another keyboard you can use, maybe borrow one? If you can borrow one, create a restore point. PS2.sys is found in two locations on your hard drive: C:\hp\drivers\keyboard\ and C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Using Windows Explorer, locate PS2.sys in both of those locations and rename each from .sys to .old. Reboot and this driver will not load. See if your keyboard still works. If it does, you are good to go. If it does not work and If HP does not have a driver dated later than 2006, the keyboard is obsolete. It is time to upgrade the keyboard.

    Hi Craltr6,

I have changed the files from .sys to .old after that i reboot the system. Now i can able to work on my key board i don't have any problem. I will work in the system and let you know still i am facing the system crash.

FYI - I am using logi tech key board, i have checked in the logi tech web site they mentioned there is no need of driver for this model.

    Thanks for your great support.

From your keyboard description, I thought that driver might be a leftover. Good job of following suggestions and thanks for reporting back. You are welcome for the help. I hope your system will run smoothly now.

I assume it was moved by the moderators; there is apparently a rootkit in your upload. My AV detected it and would not let me down the files.

Bugcheck C2, BAD_POOL_CALLER, Usual causes: Device driver, ?Memory.
The dump blames netio.sys, which is a Windows system driver and very unlikely to be the real cause. The dump also blames Rt86win7.sys. This driver is up to date. Do you use Ethernet or are you wireless? Do you have any kind of third party security program install such as an anti-keylogger program, a Wi-Fi hotspot protection program or a game security program?

Closely follow the instructions in this tutorial and enable Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. Use your computer normally while Verifier is running. If Driver Verifier finds a faulty driver, it will trigger a BSOD. Upload any and all Driver Verifier enabled dumps. Hopefully the dumps will point to the offending driver(s).

I tried with the driver verifier but its not working for me, because once i reboot the system its hang up in stat up windows itself. Then now i restore the system with the previous back up.

Can you please suggest some other way of finding out the issue.
