BSOD, Bugcheck error

So, I have recently upgraded my computer, and the whole thing is brand new, new motherboard, cpu, memory, harddrive, and video card. Since getting my computer up and running, I keep getting BSOD's, and when I check the event logs, I get this error,

Log Name: System

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff88004b5b817, 0xfffff88007e87900, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 011111-36909-01.

Can someone please help me fix this problem, I have no idea what to do. Thanks.

By the way, I am running 64bit Windows 7 Home premium, which I updated from Vista, and this computer is only 3 weeks old, except for the case, everything else is new.

I looked at both of your dumps and they are nearly identical. Both are Bugcheck 3B, System Service Exception and indicate memory corruption. Both directly blame atikmdag.sys, a video driver which is up to date.

I find some out of date drivers loaded on your system which can cause conflict with your video subsystem. Before you tackle the video drivers, I recommend that you update the following drivers through the links provided. One is very obsolete.
ADIHdAud.sys Thu May 21 04:21:06 2009 - SoundMAX Digital HD Audio Driver. OEM - none at Analog Devices | Mixed-signal and Digital Signal Processing ICs. Try updating this driver through your motherboard or computer manufacturer's website. If there is no update, upgrade your sound card and and uninstall the current sound card.

mv61xx.sys Thu Mar 19 23:48:21 2009 - Marvell Thor Windows Driver - Marvell Thor - Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. Marvell: Support. Update this driver.

scmndisp.sys Wed Jan 17 02:48:03 2007 - Netgear Neutral Wireless Solution. Support Home Page. Update or rename this driver. It is way obsolete.

xusb21.sys Wed Apr 08 10:28:44 2009 - XBox USB wireless controller. Software Download. Update this driver.
Note   Note
Renaming drivers: create a restore point, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate the driver files, and rename them from .sys to .old. Reboot and the drivers will not load. This will break whatever software or hardware these drivers are associated with.

Update or rename the above drivers, reboot and see how your systems runs. If these actions do not solve the problem, upload the latest dumps. Then download the latest video drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD. Remove (uninstall) Catalyst Control Center and only install the display driver.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

First, I would like to thank you CarlTR6 for helping me out. I would also like to ask you a couple more questions if you don't mind. First, I have updated all of the drivers that you suggested that I update except for the xusb21.sys, I was curious about this one because I do not have a Xbox 360 controller, I do have a Logitech controller, which I checked their site for an updated driver, and I am already using their newest driver. So my question for this one is should I update that driver anyway, or will an updated drive conflict with the Logitech driver. My second question, is there anyway to run a test to see if everything is working as it should or do I have to wait and see if I get another blue screen at some point.

I want to thank you again CarlTR6 for spending the time to help me out, and I really appreciate you for making it easy for me by providing the links to the drivers that I needed to update.
