Unexpected shut down please help me

1 . i have ran malware anti virus found nothing
2. i have re-formatted pc

what is happening is on random ,

i start the pc and when say i got to open the internet to start surfing it (sometimes) shuts down to a blue screen '
i seen a code
OXC000000f
if these means anything

also if its in standy by the mouse wont move or nothing,
well happens when i try to re-open the screen ..

please help thanks mandy

it was originally vista
i upgraded sometime back to win7 original copy with key

i havent had any issues previously and i have re-formatted a few times since installing without any of these problems

i dont think its has anything to do with re-formatting as this was happening a few days before i just did the last one which was yesterday and the problem still remains

OK. I think the best thing is to perform a Starup System Repair.

Please follow this tutorial which will guide you through the procedure:

Startup Repair

Please post back if you have any problems.

EDIT : I just saw Tews suggestion - you should follow that too, since if the repair doesn't solve this, then the BSOD information can help diagnose the issues further.

Unexpected Shut Down - BSOD :(
This has only happened once to me, but I'll attach the necessary files, if their is a problem, will this keep re-occurring?:huh: I only had a game running, Itunes and Documents open.
