A few problems

1-sptd.sys Used by alcohol and daemon tools. A huge cause of bsod's

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

2- athrxusb.sys you old atheros USB driver. Needs to be updated and re-installed.

3-TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64.sys 9/17/2009 6:54:52 0x4ab2238c fffff880`0817d000 fffff880`08185000 0x00008000
needs to be re-installed and updated or just removed.
