Windows 7: BSOD - W7 x32 won't load

BSOD - W7 x32 won't load

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware of software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode

I cannot get into windows so I cannot add the dump files required in the sticky in this forum. Can anyone determine what the issue is from this? I think it may be HDD related but don't want to replace that until I can be reasonably certain that will fix the problem.

The DVD won't boot that far, I've tried more than one too. It just hangs after the screen where you enter location details. Otherwise I would just delete the partitions and reinstall windows business as usual.
I fixed the issue. I had to download a linux distro live CD. I chose Mandriva. I booted that up and was able from that to delete the HDD partitions. Once I'd done that my windows CD loaded perfect and I was able to reinstall the OS :)
