freeze, BSOD, then it says no internal hard disk found

hello everyone! sorry for my bad english, i hope you still able to understand my explanation.

my laptop crashed about a week ago when i was browsing using google chrome. my laptop suddenly freeze, everything become not responding, blue screen appeared for a second then i restart using the power button.

after restart my laptop show this message:
internal hard disk drive not found
To resolve this issue, try to reseat the drive.

No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility
Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics.

i still able to use my laptop though it run very slow. few days after the first bsod, the crash frequency increase and it happened at random. even when i just let it on without doing anything (idle, on battery). i download and update all the updates for windows, perform disk check, clean and defrag the disk but no work.

so yesterday i sent it to dell service center, they delivered back it today and says everything been fixed. when i start my laptop i realized they just reinstall the os to win7 ultimate, replacing my original win7 professional. they also dont install the hardware drivers properly. And the problem still there and the same.

    my laptop specs:
    Dell inspiron 1420
    windows 7 ultimate x32
    intel core 2 duo T5750 2.00 GHz
    2gb DDR2 RAM

attached dmp and system health report file. please help me
