Regular BSOD on my HP i7

For the last month or so I am having regular bsod, 2-3 times in a day sometimes. I have tried to troubleshoot this problem based on past references posted on different threads but not much success.

I have attached all the relevant files now based on the SF Diagnostics thread under Seven

I would really appreciate if someone could help in fixing my problem (it has been quite frustrating so far ).

Thanks for your help.
