    Blue Screen - Microsoft intellipoint

Hi if any one could help with this I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and every time i try to install intellipoint - intellitype I get a blue screen and comp restarts - even when trying to install from Windows update!

I have never had a blue screen on my system before but have recently upgraded to 64bit has any one had this problem before? If you could help I would be very grateful also since upgrading to 64 bit I no longer have the `snipping tool` any help guys would be much appreciated. John

First off, something's not right if you don't have Snipping Tool. I have it, and I have Windows 7 X64.

Second, are you trying to install the latest version of Intellitype/Intellipoint from Microsoft's Web site?

    Thanks for the reply Johnathan,

I have tried installing the the latest version direct from microsoft still no joy - basically the screen turns blue and the computer restarts both the Snipping tool and intellipoint worked fine on 32bit but will not work at ll on 64bit - For the Snipping tool I get the error asking to restart the computer. I have been searching the internet and have tried a few options including; trying to install intellitype in compatibility mode and for the Snipping tool I have also tried checking that tablet PC is checked in windows features and programs is turned on and it is! Still nothing either of them!!

I just get a blue screen for intellitype and a message reading re start your comp for the Snipping tool!
