I have contacted Acer Support a while ago, but no answer.
It's not a matter of working or not working.
Then why are you hear? Your original post makes it sound like your laptop fails to work after certain periods of time under most conditions.

Charging circuit fault ? What does it mean ?
Does it mean it doesn't charge the battery ? Because it does charge it.

I Think you haven't read the post.
Just because it charges the battery doesn't mean it's functioning properly (see what I said below).

Physically remove the battery and run on AC power. If it works, faulting charging circuit on mobo.
It doesn't work on AC Power without Battery either
You told us yourself it doesn't work. At this point, it is a hardware-related issue. The manufacturer is your best bet and I mean more than just answering questions. I mean actual repair. No laptop should not work without a battery if its power circuits are functioning normally. The charging/power circuits in your motherboard may be failing given that every time it's not in a full power state it doesn't fail.

Actually it's the opposite. When it is in full power (like playing a game) it never fails.
