BSOD win 7 home premium (many services)

I recently installed a new moniter and a the new nvidia driver for my 9400 GT 1 GB (on the same day)
the next day, I'm getting BSODs + a random error every once in awhile where my network connection drops and I lose my aero theme (error logs say there are also other errors reported)
Please help me, thank you.
