BSOD on Wake from Sleep

Just finished a mini-itx gaming rig. Everything running great...except I'm getting a BSOD on wake from sleep.

Running Win7 x64 Home Premium OEM on a self built system. Specs in profile.

Attaching BSOD Debugging Zip As per instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Old drivers
Please update drivers - old drivers are notorious for BSOD.

osaio.sys Wed Feb 14 22:20:09 2007
Likely a component of Intel desktop utility

speedfan.sys Mon Sep 25 02:26:48 2006
Update Speedfan - if there is no update available, uninstall Speedfan.
Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
2. Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120% and Sptd.sys
I suggest that you uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%. It uses a driver, found in your dump, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads Select Uninstall; DO NOT SELECT reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Uninstall sptd.sys, and take care of the two drivers. Reboot and see how your system does. Post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.

I agree with the above, but once your issues are resolved, feel free to re-install Speedfan.

It comes with an old driver, but I've never had a problem on the 35+ Win7 systems I've set it up on.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Thanks for the help. I'm still getting a BSOD. I was running the latest version of Intel Desktop Utilities, so I uninstalled it instead. However, this did not remove osaio.sys. I reinstalled IDU to verify this was the source of the file, then uninstalled once again and moved the offending driver to the desktop.
I'm thinking that's not the way to go, as now perfmon /report returns this error:

Symptom: Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed.
Cause: A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly.
Details: The device, osaio, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_OSAIO\0000.
I uninstalled speedfan and the sptd.sys driver.

I've attached a new BSOD zip, including perfmon report.
