Your AMD Display drivers are the cause

(Do these steps even if you have already reinstalled the ATI drivers)

- Boot into safe mode with networking
- Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper (This step is important)
- Reboot into safe mode with networking
- Install the latest drivers. Driver
- Reboot into normal mode

Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88004eb4a44, fffff880025a6790, 0}

Probably caused by : dxgkrnl.sys ( dxgkrnl!VIDPN_MGR::AddFunctionalPathToVidPnTopology+4e4 )
