    Need some help here Guys Please

    Had a few crashes recently and usually when using Windows Movie Maker Version 2011 when rendering the Movie.

    Sys Specs are in my profile.

    Be grateful if you experts can look and tell me what's wrong.

    TIA

    Your Video drivers are the cause

    - Boot into safe mode with networking
    - Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
    - Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper (This step is important)
    - Reboot into safe mode with networking
    - Install the latest drivers. ATI Radeon
    - Reboot into normal mode

    Code:
    BugCheck A, {38aff000, 2, 0, fffff80002edc690}

    Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VIDMM_SEGMENT::SafeProbeAndLockPages+229 )
    Update old drivers, all these are probably from LG CDMA USB Multi function Driver

    Code:
    lgx64bus.sys        fffff880`09827000    fffff880`09832000    0x0000b000    0x49194d41    11/11/2008 13:15:45
    lgx64modem.sys        fffff880`09832000    fffff880`09841000    0x0000f000    0x49194d61    11/11/2008 13:16:17

    Thanks so much my friend for the quick response! You know I kind of had a feeling it was the Video Drivers, have you any idea which drivers are the most stable by any chance so I can download them?

    Regards

    Version 10.12 is the latest stable version, even if you have it installed remove it and use driver sweeper then reinstall it
