ICS Issue, Dependency Or Group Fail to Start

Ok guys.. this one is alil beyond me right now.

My Goal is to simply enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) as i finally got my spare computer back up and running and its right beside my current pc. Which has 2 10/100/1000 Jacks. This used to be running fine and worked fine.

It seen the computer initially but would not allow any internet. So I turned off ICS on my main NIC and now it wont turn on, gives me this error.( See Attachment )

SO i figured maybe i need to run sfc /scannow and it found some files that where unable to repair, it did not move past 1%. So i have attached the CBS Logs and the sfc details. Im sure its something rather simple. Have also logged into selective startup only running Microsoft Services.

Im having no other issues to my knowledge. It may be something simple as a windows feature disabled. I have check the dependencies and they give me the same error. One service that seems to be a dependency is NSI Proxey Server Driver, which is Not in the list of services.

But serveral dependency services also say they cannot start due to dependency issues. I could spend forever tracking that down.

    Thanks In Advance

    - Tony

EDIT: And this may be better in Networking Unsure... Its more go to do with Services then networking though :-/

Well if SFC fails, then there is a serious OS issue. ALso NSI proxy isnt even a win 7 service so not a dependency (I believe)

DO you have a win 7 dvd to do a repair install? or a backup we can restore from?
