Thanks for uploading the files. Unfortunately, there are no dump files included; but I did retrieve the dump from your post in the other thread.
Quote:
Bugcheck A, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.
The dump blames ntkrnlmp.exe, which is one of the Windows system core files and highly unlikely to be the real cause. Since the dump does not give us a specific cause, you will have to troubleshoot.

Begin this process by uninstalling Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% or whatever CD virtualization software you are running. It uses a driver, found in your dump, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Notice in the usual causes of bugcheck A that virus scanner is listed. I suggest that you uninstall Kaspersky using this removal tool:
Tool. Your version of Kaspersky is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essential while you are troubleshooting. Once you get your stable, you can try Kaspersky again; but I do not recommend doing so. If you decide to, install the latest version, not your current version.

Out of date drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. I find the following outdated drivers loaded on your system. Those in red font are really obsolete. Update these drivers through the links provided or uninstall the software/hardware they are associated with.

LMouFilt.Sys Wed Jun 17 12:49:43 2009 - Logitech SetPoint HID Filter Driver. Downloads.

RTKVHD64.sys Thu Jul 24 06:05:39 2008 - Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver. Realtek.

SI3114r.sys Wed Oct 03 17:46:45 2007 - Silicon Image driver. Silicon Image - Support | Search Results.

SiWinAcc.sys Thu Jun 14 20:02:02 2007 - Silicon Image driver - comes with package for the SIxxxx drivers. Silicon Image - Support.
How to find drivers -
Quote:
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page:
Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page:
Drivers and Downloads

Please follow all of the above suggestions, reboot, and see how your system runs. Post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80001ec60d6, address which referenced memory

how to update

I can't find out how to update my bios nor the driver.
I checked the bios version and I guess the last version is the 2007 one ( the one I have).
The driver may be out of date but I can't find a way to update it.
Please help

I rarely recommend flashing the BIOS. There is a risk involved. If not done properly, it can reduce your computer to a paper weight. I recommend flashing the BIOS if the BIOS update addresses a particular problem you are having with your computer or if the manufacturer recommends the update. Other than that, I do not recommend flashing the BIOS.

I listed the outdated drivers above along with the links. To update a driver, find the driver on the manufacturer's website and download it to your desktop. Unzip the folder to a folder on your desktop. Open the new folder. If there is an .exe file, click on it and it will install the driver. if there is no .exe file, you will have to use Device Manager. Open Device Manager and locate the device associated with the driver you are updating. Right click on that device and click on Properties. Now click on the Driver tab. Click on the Update driver button and select Browse my computer for driver software. Using Browse, navigate to the appropriate folder on your desktop.

I hope I have answered your question. If I have not, please let me know.

Can't update

Well there is no exe file and windows says I already hae the latest driver when I try via the device management.
I updated my lan driver and after that I haven't had no more problems with BSOD's.
Do you think my problem was solved?
Thank you

It could have been the LAN driver, I've seen many instances in this forum of outdated LAN drivers being noted, happened to me as well. Run the system and report back any additional problems. You're in good hands with CarlTR6, he knows his bits.

I agree with Badkarma. Out dated LAN, Ethernet and wireless adapter drivers can and do cause BSOD's. Updating LAN driver could well solve the problem. YOu will have to run your system for few days to know for sure.

When you download a driver update to your desktop, unzip the folder to another folder on your desktop. Open the folder. If it does not contain an .exe file, go to Device Manager. Locate the device associated with the driver you are updating.

Right click on that device.
Click on Properties.
Now click on the Driver tab.
Click on the Update driver button and select Browse my computer for driver software.
Using Browse, navigate to the appropriate folder on your desktop.

Device Manager will then install the driver from the folder on your desktop.
