WIN 7 64 Pro FLTMGR.sys BSOD

Hello, I joined these forums because I have grown extremely tired of the BSOD's The problem didnt start Until after a windows update 2 weeks ago, 1 update failed but still installed causing a BSOD, prior to this I had System Restore on after however it was off with all restores wiped. since then I have had 3 BSOD's I have tested the Ram and come up fine, the system is a new build 12-23-2010, attached are the crash reports.
The File linked as the culprit is the FLTMGR.sys.

All three of your dump files blame one specific driver :stflt.sys
This belongs to the software program Spyware Terminator. Uninstall it.

Keep an eye on this thread for other drivers you may need to update.
