BSOD Playing videos or Reboots during videocalls

Hi! :) I know that I should execute the "BSOD Dump & System File Collection app" but first I think I could explain my problem.
Well, before nothing sorry about my english because I'm a spanish user >.<

From two weeks ago to today I have experienced suddenly reboots using my webcam during videocalls in MSN and also in a web (so the problem isn't from MSN).

In a spyware forum they told me that maybe It's because my "user32.dll" it's in bad status... I don't know.

The point is that today while I was moving the cursor along the timeline os a HD movie in the WMPlayer my PC reboots... and doing the same thing again I suffer this BSOD:

I have Windows 7 Ultimate OEM x64, installed from about... 10 months, I can't remember...

Hi Zack1987 and welcome to SF!
Don't worry about your English my friend, I could understand what you said
Based on your picture you uploaded, I can see that the stop code 116 is your BSODs code with your graphic card driver was blamed
First approach for this is to re-install your graphic card driver
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Well I did all the things you said and nothing works, but in the end I open the PC box and clean ALL the dirty it had and when I turn on the PC... no sounds... so silent xDD and it didn't reboot with any HD flim ^^ thank you
