1. Dump blames atikmdag.sys, your ATI Graphic Drivers. Please do these followings...

- Boot into safe mode with networking
- Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
- Reboot in safe mode
- Install the latest drivers http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloa...n_win7-64.aspx
- Reboot into normal mode

2. Uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%. It is notorious for BSOD and causing problem on Windows 7 Systems. Use this tool once you have removed Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%: http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads, Select Uninstall, DO NOT SELECT REINSTALL.

3. Update Drivers.

Ntoskrnl.exe caused by third-party antivirus (Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, AVG, etc...)
What anti virus are you running at the moment?

In addition to Dean's spot on recommendations, I suggest that you uninstall AVG using this removal tool: Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed remove it with this tool: Tool. AVG is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems, as are many third party security program. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. Third party security programs can cause conflicts with the video subsystem.

I also suggest that you completley uninstall Hotspot Shield while you are trouble shooting. Hotspot Shield has been known to cause crashes on some Win 7 systems. Once you get your systme stable, you can certainly try Hotspot Shield again.

Be sure you follow Dean's advice and uninstall sptd.sys. This an almost guaranteed BSOD maker.

Out of date drivers can also cause conflicts, memory corruption, and BSOD's. You have the following outdated drivers loaded on your system. Those in bold are quite obsolete. Update these drivers or uninstall the software they are associated with.

I think you can successfully update the Virtual Machine drivers. if you can't, go ahead and run it. These are Microsoft drivers and they may work just fine.
