Since I don't have the rest of the files, I will do the best I can with the two dumps.

I suggest that you uninstall Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% or whatever CD virtualization software you are running. It uses a driver, found in your dump, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

You have some outdated drivers loading on your system. Out of dated drivers can cause BSOD's. Update the following drivers:
Quote:
AsIO.sys Mon Apr 06 03:21:08 2009 - Asus PCProbe Utility. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-.

atksgt.sys Sun May 17 09:36:34 2009 - part of a Copy Protection platform dveloped by Tages SA. TAGES, the AAA Copy Protection System. I suggest that you uninstall Tages.

L1C62x64.sys Wed Apr 01 01:09:17 2009 - Atheros NIC driver. Atheros Communications.

lirsgt.sys Sun May 17 09:06:57 2009 - part of a Copy Protection platform developed by Tages SA. TAGES, the AAA Copy Protection System. I suggest that you uninstall Tages.

vmm.sys Tue Apr 07 09:25:54 2009 - Virtual Machine Monitor driver - Microsoft Virtual PC 2004. Microsoft Download Center.

VMNetSrv.sys Wed Jan 16 06:52:01 2008 - Microsoft Virtual Machine Network Services Driver. Microsoft Download Center.
I recommend that you uninstall Virtual Machine and install Windows Virtual PC, which is the successor to Virtual Machine. It is designed for Win 7.

Uninstall sptd.sys and update the drivers above. Reboot and see how your system runs. Post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload it and enable Driver Verifier carefully following the instructions in this tutorial: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
