IRQL_not_less_or_equal BSOD

Ive been having this problem for the last 2 days and my new system has been up for maybe 4-5 days total.
I get the blue screen right after startup, so I get to desktop but as soon as you do any action even just click the mouse everything freezez and I get the same blue screen. sometimes I get the blue screen the moment i get to the desktop without even touching anything.
I'll attach the dump files in hope that somebody can help me out!

I have the same thing that you have. Except i tried to do a system restore and when it was all said an done everything looks like safemode when you have it on. But then i get the blue screen seconds after the desktop. (aslo safemode no longer works.. says logging in then freezes) But maybe yours would work if you do a system restore? Try it and see what happens

No problem and thanks for the uploads. I looked at all five of your dumps. All but one are bugcheck A, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and one is bugcheck BE, ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY. Four dumps blame a Windows system driver, which is very unlikely to be the real cause. The third dump blames hardware. All three show memory corruption.

I also notice the uptimes are very short; the longest uptime is 2 minutes and 3 seconds. When crashes occur during booting it generally means a hardware problem or a driver problem. Do you have another power supply you can try? Can you boot and run in the safe mode? If you can boot and run in the safe, you probably have a driver problem. If you have crashes in the safe mode, it could well be hardware.

If you can run in the safe mode, I suggest that you try a clean boot to see what is creating a conflict: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7. You will do the clean boot in the regular mode, not the safe mode.

I also suggest that you test your RAM with Memtest86 following the instructions in this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Run Memtest from a cold boot after your computer has been off for an hour or so. Let it run for a minimum of 7 passes. This will take 6-8 hours. If you see errors on your screen, you can stop the test. Post back with your results.

Thanks for the reply!
A few weeks back when I assembled my new rig I was getting hardware malfunction which caused the system to restart without even giving me blue screen. this turned out to be due to the PSU so I installed this new one and the problems then disappeared. During the time when I was troubleshooting that problem I ran memtest86 and it came back clean.

Running it in safe mode works like a charm while a regular start up equals major failure as noted.
So basically I think that the memories and the PSU can be ruled out. I would think a faulty driver as well. the system was running great until these last 2 days. and I cant seem to think of any new drivers I installed during that time. Although I experienced some issues with my sound so I adjusted the settings for the soundcard driver. Is that a possible cause?

I don't see any indication in the dumps that your sound card is involved; but I wouldn't rule anything out. If you think your sound card may be involved, uninstall it and boot your system without the sound card and see if it makes a difference.

If you can run fine in the Safe mode, that leads me to suspect drivers or RAM. Try the clean boot method I referenced above and see if you can determine what is causing the crashes that way. If you did not run Memtest from a cold boot and/or if you did not run it for a minimum of 7 passes, I suggest running it again.

Also, if you think your sound card may be involved, uninstall it and boot your system without the sound card and see if it makes a difference.

Okay, I tried doing a system restore to a couple of days back and it seemed liked my problems were fixed. System was running smoothly until suddenly now like 5 minutes ago I got the same blue screen, and after that when I tried rebooting it I got a couple more. Some different.

I've attached the new dump files from todays crashes. I tried a new system restore to the same recovery point as last time, only now I wont install anything. I'll just run the system as it is and see if it crashes anyway. If it does I'll try doing the clean boot technique and after that I'll def run the memtest overnight anyhow.

Bugcheck 3B, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and bugcheck 50, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Both dumps blame a Windows system core file (not likely to be the real cause) and both reference memory corruption.

I recommend that you uninstall Norton completely using this removal tool: Tool. Norton is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place while you are trouble shooting and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. Once you get your system stable you can try another AV; but if you want to try Norton again, upgrade to the latest version. Keep in mind that many third party security programs conflict with Win 7.

I also suggest that you uninstall Daemon Tools. It is a notorious cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. After you uninstall it, run this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

I have really ****ed it up now. Now I cant get it to start in neither regular or safe mode. I tried the clean boot technique without gaining any new knowledge from it.
I have absolutely no idea what can be the root of this problem and since I can successfully run my rig in Linux I figure that there's gotta be some blame to be passed around on software/drivers and not the actual hardware at least.
So now Im gonna reinstall with my old XP I had for my old system and see if that works.
I dont know, but can the problem stem from some of my hardware not being compatible with each other or not compatible with win7/64-bit? Im taking shots in the dark here.
If I can run XP stable with all my programs I might try going up to win7 again. Lets hope XP works and that my computer is only allergic to win7 and not the entire microsoft family.

Note: I uninstalled Norton (using the norton cleaner). I uninstalled Daemon Tools and tried to use that other software you linked for full uninstall of the driver but it said it couldnt find any drivers to uninstall. Strangely since I tried it once when daemon was still installed.
I did all this before I even tried the clean boot. So then it looks more and more like I have somehow managed to destroy my OS without doing virtually nothing. which baffles me. So now that good advice is getting harder and harder to come by I will put my last hopes to XP. If that fails maybe I'll sell my computer and move out to the woods and become a monk or something because then this isnt ment to be.
