    End Task Related Problem

I am running Windows 7 x64. I had issues earlier and ended up restoring my C drive. I reinstalled the drivers that was suggested being updated. I play Aion. It has always crashed, which is probably not great either, but isn't the problem I'm reporting, though if you have a liable answer to that one, I'd be most obliged.
It crashes like always after a few hours of play. I go to restart it like I always do but it freezes at the launcher after beginning the loading process. So I go to task manager and try to end task it. It does the windows is searching for a solution thing and then nothing happens. The program is still frozen on my screen. It doesnt work. I try ending the process tree. It doesn't work. I'm out of ideas. This is a fresh OS installation. This shouldn't be happening. If anyone has any idea of what the problem could be I would sure appreciate some help.

I did run a memory check. It found no problems.

Could be anything. First step your system specs might help.

could be, driver, power, network, ram, etc.

Contact the game makers of Aion - likely the game.

    Vaio Laptop Model: VPCC29GX
    OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU M540 @2.53 GHz
    RAM: 6.00 GB
    Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 310M

It was the original OS but was reinstalled a few days ago. The system is 10 months old. Not sure what else I'd need to give. I've done a system recovery that was before I installed new drivers. It still hangs.

Might help to have a look at your dump files / system logs.

I've attached a dump log and performance report in the zip file, but I'm not sure how you send system logs unless thats included in the scan.
