Windows 7: BSOD's/Restarts have me stumped

Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Not that I can see at least. Ill take a pic of it tomorrow and upload it. Weird because when I put new thermal paste on my cpu/heatsink i left the CPU in the mobo. It wasn't until now that I took it out to examine it.
