This time I was able to report the problem to Microsoft and solution was present in Action Center.PX engine was stopped working properly. And thy give me a link to update the px engine.some roxio softwares something.Actually I don't know what is it.Anyway I updated that stuff and enabled verifier again.this time too same bsod..May be they are wrong.
When verifier is enabled and if the system is faulty,it will trigger bsods on start up right?
But in my system ,it is not like that. With verifier enabled, system reboots normally for the most of the times. But in some rare cases,it would trigger a bsod and system reboots.again a bsod .then also system reboots..this time system boots normally again. After a 4-5 normal boots, the verifier again triggers a bsod.then system restarts.again a bsod.then system restarts.and this time system boots normally for 4-5 times..again bsod occurs..like that...i think it is a preprogrammed bsod.
after the installation of sp1 and that fix, with verifier enabled, the frequency of displaying bsod is less than before now.and if it happens only one type of bsod occurs..0xa type..

Now I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 and enabled verifier.Till now no BSODs and I think Vista is a bit faster in my system than 7.
And WEI base score is 5.6 that is processor. In Windows 7,base score is 5.5 which is Ram's score. But in Vista I got 5.9
    Windows 7 score - CPU-6.4,RAM-5.5,Graphics 4 Aero-6.8,Gaming graphics 6.8 and Primary hard disk-5.9
    Windows Vista-CPU-5.6,RAM-5.9,Graphics 4 Aero-5.9,gaming graphics-5.7 and Primary Hard disk - 5.9
Any ideas in these different scores in CPU ,ram and gaming graphics?Since I get above 5.9 in 7 for CPU and gaming graphics,I should get 5.9 in Vista right?
Anyway I am not giving any importance to that question. But my important question is why in Windows Vista and XP,even with verifier enabled, bsod is not occurring? This means that in Windows 7,there may be a driver issue/conflict in IRQ na?

To add in Jonathan's good advice, check if your copy of Windows is genuine - Genuine Microsoft Software

Yes.I am using a genuine Version of Windows 7 Home Basic 32 bit.But I don't think it is not the problem with that since I have tried verifier in pirated Windows 7 Ultimate X86 and X64 bit edition to check for bsods. The same bsods that occur in Genuine version occurs in these too.Same bsod with the same codes.

If there is no bsod in Windows Vista and XP but in Windows 7,it could be a driver issue rather than a hardware issue right?

That's right, it seems like this is a software issue. Have you run the Upgrade Advisor?
