    bsod problems ive had for over a week and cant figure this out


    k i have a stop error blue screen

    when i restart in safe mode
    it says windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

    the information gave is

    i was woundering if anyone knew how i could fix this
    cause i went threw and did a system restore and everything but it still keeps coming up
    i cant run the computer unless its in safe mode

    i would if i could use the actual laptop that is messed up
    i am only able to run it in safe mode
    so i cant post the file on here
    if theres a way to get the computer to run so i can get online then i can post it

    Run Safe Mode with Networking - same as Safe Mode, but with Internet access.

    the blue error screen says

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    it tells me to disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

    welll now when i run it in safe mode with networking
    i get the error screen
    and its says the same as the previous one but the technical information is

    also i do not have the installation cd so idk if the laptop has that on it
    (bought the laptop from a friend)

    i cant get my folder from my documents to the internet
    any help?
