BSOD on Win 7 professional

Hi,
I have a Dell 4500 with 250GB HD and 2GB RAM. All of a sudden my system does not boot. I get a BSOD just after the Start color logo disappears and it is time for the "Welcome" screen to show up.
I have used the Windows 7 SF diagnostic tool to collect information and put it in a zip file attached here.
Please help!!!
Thank
Guru

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Hi Guru and welcome to the forum. I would like for you to run the tool again following the instructions in this tutorial. https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html. Over half of the files are missing and some of the ones that did upload are incomplete. Upload all of the files.

Is your copy of Win 7 validated?

I will take a look at your dumps. In the meantime, download and install Malwarebytes (free), update it and run a system scan to make sure you do not have a nasty on your system.

I looked at your three most recent dumps. All are Bugcheck F4, CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION. The dumps blame wininit.exe, which is a Windows system file and highly unlikely to be the real cause. All three dumps say there is a program that cannot start because a file is missing from your computer. I cannot determine what that file is from the information I have. Here is a Microsoft article on this error code. You can read through and see if the article apples to your system: You receive various Stop error messages in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 when you try to resume a computer that has a large SATA hard disk

I suggest you run System File Check scan: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Zone Alarm is a known and notorious cause of crashes on some Win 7 systems. I suggest you uninstall ZA with this removal tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe
or you and try this hotfix from Microsoft: Stop error message when you run an application that transfers data by using the UDP protocol in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7: "STOP 0x0000007F"

Out of date drives can and do cause BSOD's. I find the following outdated drivers on your system. Some are quite obsolete and are XP drivers. Update the following drivers or uninstall the software/hardware they are associated with. If an update is not available, that means the device or hardware is obsolete as far as Win 7 is concerned.
Quote:
ac97intc.sys Fri Sep 16 14:30:29 2005 - Intel 82801CA/CAM AC'97 Audio Controller. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/. this is an XP driver.

e100b325.sys Fri Nov 16 13:53:32 2007 - Intel PRO/100 Adapter NDIS 5.1 driver. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx.

GizmoDrv.SYS Sun May 18 01:22:53 2008 - Gizmo Project - Arainia Solutions. Gizmo Central -- Get help, make suggestions, report bugs.

ltmdmnt.sys Wed Mar 08 09:23:07 2006
- Lucent LT Winmodem OEM - none at Phones & Modems. This XP hardware. Uninstall the modem.
Follow all of the suggestion. Reboot and see how your system does. Post back and update us. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.
