I looked at your four most recent dumps. You did a good job with the drivers. Most are updated. Here are the ones that I still find loaded on your systems that are out of date:

amdsata.sys Tue Apr 28 19:33:25 2009 - AMD AHCI 1.2 Device Driver. AMD.com | Support & Downloads. Update this driver from the link provided. This driver is showing up all of your dumps as an unloaded module.

NTIDrvr.sys Tue Mar 24 23:09:39 2009 - NTI CD-ROM Filter Driver by NewTech Infosystems (likely a part of Acer Empowering Technology) OEM none at NTI - Support - OEM Resources - DVD Burning Software, Data Backup Software, CD Burning, Blu-ray Burning Software - Official Site. Try to update this driver through the Acer site. If you cannot update it, uninstall the Acer Empowering Technology or rename this driver. See note below.

UBHelper.sys Mon Apr 27 04:48:19 2009 - NTI CD & DVD-Maker or NTI Backup NOW! or NTI CD-Maker by NewTech Infosystems (usually in Acer Empowering Technology). OEM none at NTI - Support - OEM Resources - DVD Burning Software, Data Backup Software, CD Burning, Blu-ray Burning Software - Official Site. See above

usbfilter.sys Fri Apr 03 07:39:51 2009 - AMD USB Filter Driver (likely part of the chipset drivers). AMD.com | Support & Downloads. Update your AMD chipset drivers.
Note   Note
Renaming drivers: create a restore point, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate the driver files, and rename them from .sys to .old. Reboot and the drivers will not load. This will break whatever software or hardware these drivers are associated with.

Next, enable Driver Verifier carefully following the instructions in this tutorial:
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. If Driver Verifier encounters a faulty driver, it will trigger a BSOD. Please upload any and all dumps triggered by Verifier.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa82c4d912a0, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002005557, address which referenced memory

I only bring this up because third party av's just don't seem to work with win 7 on some system configurations. It's possible removing it could solve your problem which seems to be more and more general in nature as I see more and more reports.
That is a good point; but I do not see any McAfee drivers loading on his system.

After the activition of verifier.exe, I manage to start my windows without problem. I think I will keep it open until I can go on internet with my computer and try to update my drivers with driveragent or something like that. Do you think it's a good idea?

Thanks!

Jubin, for the AMD drivers try this link: AMD.com | Support & Downloads. Select chipset and file in your model number, etc. You can also do a search from that same link.

Oh my god! It is not good! After leaving the sleep mode and trying to go back on windows, the computer freezes.

After I restarted it it writes:
Broadcom UNDI PXE-2.1 v11.4.1
[...]
Broadcom Base code PXE-2.1 V1.1.0
[...]
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM

Disk error

When I tryed to start again, I have the same messages but with "Operating system not found" in place of Disk error...

Something I can do?

For the time being, turn Driver Verifier off and finish updating your drivers. If you had any BSOD"s with Verifier running, please upload them. You may upload just the dumps without running the tool.

After updating your drivers, run CheckDisk -
Quote:
Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.

When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

Elevated Command Prompt:
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Windows 7) (winlogon for XP).

Copy/paste the results into your next post.
Then I suggest that your test your RAM with Memtest86+just make sure there is no RAM problem. Follow the instructions in this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Run Memtest froma cold boot after your computer has been off for and hour or so. Let it run for a minimum of 7 passes; this will take 6-8 hours. Post back with the results.
