Win 7 32&64 pro freeze on load but runs in safe mode.

I have a Q9550 2.83 cpu gtx 460 gpu 8 gig ram 3 hard drives 4 optical drives. My hardware seems to be ok as I have cleaned and reconnected all slot devices and checked all cable attatchments. My pc was running win 7 ultimate and had been working perfectly for weeks. With no software or hardware changes at all I turned if off one night and the next morning it froze on loading after login password. I have since reformated with win 7 pro 32 and 64 on each hard drive to test them for faults the hard way. I am currently dual booted win 7 pro 32 and 64 i have done a ntbtlog and my pc will occasionally load normally if I do "load last known good settings" but its rare and it will freeze once I use a browser and go a few pages or start an app like a game. I downloaded a game with steam and it allowed me to dowload the whole game and froze 2 times. took bout 2 hours total. Just wanted to see it do a non graphic task and it still froze. It will run in safe mode. Im making this post and have been working to diagnose this problem in safe on the broken pc.
Attatched is the ntbtlog.zip hope it helps

Can i get a we can't help you or somthing pls?

I'm really out of options and I just can't afford to take this pc to a tech. I'm in college IT/Programming and I really really need my pc. So any help or advice on where I could get help on the web what ever would help to. My pc is now stuck in a boot loop. It won't pass the drive boot check it just repeats it and i don't get a video signal from my graphics card. I have checked my connections and physical installs and far as I can tell its all working. Thats the only part of pc I am strong with so I'm lost on the software issue that must be here. I can't detect any hardware failure it seems software. I reformatted to test the hard drives and to remove any chance of bad software. If the problem persists through that its hardware or bios correct? Anyway I have run alot of scans n stuff so if any of those might help pls list/link and I'll git r dun. Thank you for reading.
