    Hi siampete and Welcome.

All your dump files are returning the same stop error code and they are all pointing towards your pre Windows 7 dated driver iaStor.sys.

    STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    Usual causes:
Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control.

    Bugcheck Analysis
    Code:
    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff800030d106e, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff88003f0f798, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff88003f0f000, Context Record Address

Thank You. I am running a raid 1 array. Do you think updating the iastor sys driver will solve my problem? Also..why did this suddenly start happening?

There could be an underlying trend here but outdated drivers can and do cause problems. It's a case of curing the obvious things first.

Once the drivers are all in order then we knnow to dig deeper if BSOD's stil happen. As to why it suddenly just started. ??? It's one of those things???

Humour me. Download TdssKiller, boot to safe mode and run it.
Let me know if it finds anything. If it does, while you are in safe mode, run an up to date scan with Malwarebytes' Free

Thank you for the help. I ran TdssKiller and nothing was found. I run Kasperskey BTW. I updated my Iastor.sys driver by updating my Intel Matrix Raid to the newest Intel version..they have renamed it. Iastor.sys is showing up as the latest driver as listed on Intel's site. Will keep you posted.

The problem is with the raid setup. I am running raid 1. As long as the volume is degraded, that is either has dropped one HDD or in a rebuilding state the PC is stable. As soon as the rebuild process is complete I get the bluescreens using Intel Matrix Raid 8.8 or 8.9. If I use the newest version 10.something (it has been renamed RST from Matrix raid) The PC will not even boot. I went into the bios and disabled the second HDD so the raid controller will not attempt to rebuild the array and just report it as degraded.
This is the first time I have been so stumped. Seagate diagnostics report the HDDs as good.
    My System:

    8 gigs Patriot RAM
    PNY GTX-460
    Onboard sound
    Windows 7 Pro 64

    Please Help

    Hi siampete.

Just to let you know I'm not ignoring your pleas. It's that I'm not up to speed with RAID set ups to be able to even offer a tidbit of advice. And I'm not sure who else is!
