recovering from unexpected shutdown-HELP!!-
Hi there- Hope someone can help me out! I hope I attached the files correctly?!?!?!!
I know a bit about computers, but I am not an advanced user(hence why I am here!)
My windows 7 is a x64, its about 6 months old-Purchased directly from Dell. I have never had to re-install anything on it, this is the first problem it has given me. I do the updates- it says on the report there is no antivirus software but there is! (Avast).
More so in the past week, my computer has been "crashing". I put it on standby, and I go to use it the next time, it has shut down all by itself, and when I turn it back on, there is a pop when Windows 7 starts saying: "Windows is recovering from an Unexpected shut down". And it gives me this little speech:

I did notice a few days ago, my volume wasnt working. The little cute icon was in the corner, and NOTHING would unmute it! Checked the drivers, and it was updated and current- restarted, and it worked again. Weird! But I don't know if this has anything to do with my big problem???
Let me know if you need any more info.... thanks for reading, and I really hope someone can help me fix this problem!! Thanks so much!
