Check your Restore Point settings: Control Panel > System > System Protection > Click on the Protection Settings Configure button.

Attachment 136498

Look to see how much hard drive space you have allocated for the C: drive.

That should be plenty. I do not know why it is not working. Follow Maguscreed's suggestion and run an SFC scan: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

I really don't. Did you run an SFC scan? Have you disabled any services?

Hey
I reinstalled everything once again, but after a few days i get the kernal_data_inpage_error again. After the restart the problem came up with this:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 7a
BCP1: 0000000000000020
BCP2: FFFFFFFFC000009D
BCP3: FFFFFA80047EC7C8
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\022111-38033-01.dmp
C:\Users\Zac\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-81791-0.sysdata.xml

I think it may have something to do with windows update, or an update it has or is trying to install. I dont want to disable this because i dont know any other way of getting the updates i need.

Any help with this is much appreciated!

WE still need the DMP's and the rest of the info.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

EDIT

The 9d parameter MAY indicate the following. we cant be sure until we get the dmp files

0xC000009D, or STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED, indicates defective or loose cabling, termination, or that the controller does not see the hard disk.

Here is the dump file and an .xml file that it said was relevant.

I opened up the laptop and checked all the connections and they were fine. The problems start to happen about 4 or 5 days after i have reinstalled windows.
