    BSOD tcpip.sys & e1q62x64.sys

So i got a new computer a couple of weeks ago, it is pretty up to date and very fast, 8 gigabyte ram, amd phenom 6core 3,31 ghz, radeon 6950 graphics card and about 4 terrabyte hard drive space combined.

Right after i installed windows( i installed it from a usb-pen), no more than like 5 minutes after, i got my first bluescreen.

Now i get them.. i wouldn't say regularly, cause it isn't, but it also kind of is. I'll explain:

I get them OFTEN, but sometimes i can go days without bluescreening.

    On the bluescreen it says

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    and has also once said
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Its usually Tcpip.sys or e1q62x64.sys, but 2 times i've gotten a bluescreen that said
hal.dll (this is the one with "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

Also I've noticed, my windows refuses to install new updates, there are 3 important ones and it starts on update 1 out of 3 everytime i shut down, but then it just kind of cancels it and shuts off.

I have a suspicion that i should buy a new windows cd but before I do I'd like some help from anyone who can identify the problem, tell me what to do and help me!

    Any help is appreciated!

Before you will get any help, you have to put the right format. Just edit your first post with the two zip files.

    Hi ihatebsofd and Welcome.

    STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Usual causes:
    Device driver

Most, if not all your dump files blame the e1q62x64.sys driver.

Let us know how it goes. If you get further problems with blue screens, attach your new dump files and details and we'll move on from there.

Thanks Fimble! I did in fact have an outdated network driver! Downloaded a new one now, I'll post back and let you know what happens!

    Hi Ihatebsofd.

Please. Just new dump files not in your previous upload. Once you're sure they've attached properly, you can clear your minidump folder of old dump files.

Here is my new dumpfiles, my system also wanted to do a CHKDSK now
    Attachment 136128

Also, twice now, my computer crashed, but without a bluescreen, it starts as if im about to get a bluescreen but the screen just turns into different colors.. sort of.
Anyways, the new bluescreens still blame the same error as before.

EDIT: Ok, now im starting to get really frustrated here, the CHKDSK totally screwed up everything, my games wont launch cause it says they need to be repaired, i repair them and i get the same errors, i get a Adobe program error when i log on(which i happen to know isnt a real error or threat, i've had the adobe programs i have for years).

Also, i dont know if its common for CHKDISK to do this, but it ran for like 3 minutes "recovering orphaned files".

On top of this, my system restore point from the first day is gone, and i have a restore point from 2 hours ago, i tried using it but i get this error when i try to restore:

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's system files and settings were not changed.

    Details:
System Restore failed to extract the file
    (C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Skype\[myskypeaccountname]) from the restore point.
The restore point was damaed or was deleted during the restore.

You can try System restore again and choose a different restore point. If you continue to see this error, you can try an advanced recovery method. For more information, see What is Recovery?

I just ran sfc.exe /scannow and it gives me this message: Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

I looked in the CBS.txt file and basically found a BUNCH of files it was unable to repair.
I'm going out to buy a new windows 7 cd later today, because i feel like i'm running in too EVERY single error that windows could ever give me :P
Most of my programs wont open now because it says its "damaged", although it's really not.
I swear, this happens every time i allow CHKDSK to run!

It's quite interesting. All help is of course appreciated=)
