Crash on Sleep
Every time my computer goes to sleep it crashes. I get this on battery power and when plugged in.
Operating System: Windows 7 Pro, 32 bit, 6 months old, Non OEM
Dell Inspirion 1545, 1.5 years old
This problem started at the same time I started getting a message that I need to "consider replacing your battery". But, as I said, this happens when plugged in as well. I have even taken the battery out and just had it plugged in and it still does it.
I have done the error check, virus scan with ESET, defrag, CCleaner, reset the bios (ran down the power, took out the battery for a few minutes, and then pressed and held the
power button before putting the battery back in, plugging it in, and restarting), checked drivers to be sure they were up to date, and recovered to a date before this problem began and nothing has worked.
I tried to upload the html perfmon file but it tells me it is an invalid file.
