Your Bitdefender software is the cause, you are using an outdated version
Remove it completely and reinstall the latest version
If it still doesn't work remove Bitdefender and use MSE instead

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\BdfNdisf6.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for BdfNdisf6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for BdfNdisf6.sys
    Old drivers:

    Code:
    SFEP.sys fffff880`06ff3000 fffff880`06ff5c80 0x00002c80 0x46b2beb9 03/08/2007 09:35:53 http://esupport.sony.com/perl/select-system.pl
    SynTP.sys fffff880`06d36000 fffff880`06d8b000 0x00055000 0x4758a4eb 07/12/2007 05:42:03 http://www.synaptics.com/support/drivers
    bdvedisk.sys fffff880`03b9e000 fffff880`03bbb000 0x0001d000 0x48e09cb0 29/09/2008 13:15:28 Old bitdenfender driver
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
