Windows 7: BSOD again.....attached mini dump this time

Win 7 Pro x64 SP1 OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.7
 
 

Third party AV, old drivers, faulty hardware, missing SP, incompatible driver/software/hardware can cause BSOD.
